Welcome to AFCO On-Line Resources Service (hereafter referred to as AORS). Our web site offers links to multiple web pages operated by AORS as well as multiple affiliate and partner sites. AORS and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the conditions stated in this agreement. Visiting the sites, taking courses, and purchasing products constitute your acceptance to all terms, conditions, and notices presented herein.
AORS may change the terms and conditions under which AORS web sites are operated; these changes will be posted in this user agreement. The responsibility to regularly review the terms and conditions is one that you accept by continuing to access the AORS site and its affiliated links.

AORS grants you limited access and use of this web site for the purpose of accessing courses, visiting affiliated sites, making purchases, and participating in discussions in private and public forums. You may not download or modify any portion of this site other than course materials available for download. You may not use any portion of this site for any commercial use, including reproducing, duplicating, copying without the explicit permission of AORS. You may not extract any data through the use of manual or electronic means. You may not use AORS’s name, trademarks, or logos without explicit written permission. Any unauthorized use will result in loss of access to this site and possible legal action against you and you company. You may not use AORS web sites for unlawful purposes or in any manner that can damage, disable, overburden, or impair the AORS web sites or interfere with another user’s access to these sites.
Communication
By accessing our web site, you are agreeing to receive electronic communication from us through notices placed on this web site or via email that is sent to you directly. This agreement satisfies any legal requirement to provide written communication for agreements, notices, and disclosures.
Code of Conduct
When using AORS’s communication facilities including: community forums, blogs, chat services, news groups, discussion groups, communities, or any other facility that enables you to communicate with private groups or the public, you agree to use these communication facilities in a responsible manner. You agree not to:

- Download and distribute files posted by other users without their explicit consent.
- Breach any applicable laws or regulations.
AORS does not monitor the electronic discussions and postings and does not accept liability for any material posted. However, it reserves the right to review materials posted, to remove any materials that violate the code of conduct, and to terminate your access to any or all of its web site services without refunding any portion of your enrolment fees.
Use of Information, Content, and Material
The postings you make of information, content, and other material, through the courses and discussion forums grants AORS and its affiliates permission to use these in its operations without compensation to you and at its sole discretion. This includes the right to copy, distribute, display, and edit your posting.
Courses
Each course is for the duration of six weeks from start date. Under special circumstances a learner may request additional time of up to two weeks to complete or retake the course. Special requests will have start and end dates specified. Subscription and licensed learners may retake the course at any time during the year.
Privacy Statement
You must review the Privacy Statement, which in concert with this user agreement governs the practices of AORS.
Copyright
All content on this site is the exclusive property of AORS and protected by United States and international copyright laws. All software used on this site is the property of AORS or its software suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws.
A separate licensing agreement must be signed in order to copy, use, resell AORS’s content or software.

Notices and procedure for making claims of copyright infringement pursuant to title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to service provider’s designated agent. Only messages that pertain to copyright infringement will receive a response.
User ID and Password
Maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID and Password and restricting access to your computer is your responsibility. You agree to accept responsibility for all usage that occurs under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use AORS sites and pages only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
